TUITION & FEES

 TUITION

• The total cost of attending I Am Academy for Lifelong Learning, Inc. (including all prepaid fees) ranges from $9,050 to $10, 885.

• In-House and 3rd party scholarships may be used to reduce the cost of attendance.

• Tuition is paid in ten monthly payments beginning June 1st through March 1st and is due by the first of every month.

FEES

New Student Application Fee

An $85 application fee is due at the time of application. This is a nonrefundable processing fee for all new applicants. For parents enrolling more than one student, a $25 tuition credit will be added to each verified siblings first month tuition.

Curriculum Fee

Curriculum fees are due on or before May 1st, or at the time of enrollment whichever is later.  Curriculum fees are nonrefundable and range from $200 - $500.

Testing Fee

$50, When necessary and per occurrence, students may be required to take a placement test or complete an assessment test in core content classes. 

Annual Re-Enrollment Fee

Current students, returning for the upcoming year, will be billed $75 for the annual re-enrollment fee on April 1st of each year. This non-refundable fee is in addition to annual tuition and places students on the school roster for upcoming year.

Additional Expenses

Other cost may be incurred for trips, after care, lunches, fine arts participation fees, athletic participation fees, clubs, or other activities.

Penalties

Late Payments – Payments are due by the first of every month. A $30 late fee will be charged if the balance due is not paid by the 5th of the month. An additional $50 fee will be charged if the balance is still not paid by the 15th day of the month. Students may not be allowed to attend classes on the first day of the following month or participate in any activities if the previous month’s balance is not paid. Enrollment fees or tuition payments must be current for next year’s registration.

Withdrawals –Students are not withdrawn until an official withdrawal form is signed and returned to the Admissions offices. If a student withdraws after they are placed on the school roster, all fees and tuition accrued through the end of the month of withdrawal date are due, plus a penalty up to 25% of the annual tuition rate.

Returned Checks – Certified or electronic payments are the preferred form of payments directly from our families. Third party guarantors’ checks are acceptable.  If a check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds or any other reason, a fee of $40, will be charged to the family. This family fee is in addition to fees charged or billed to the guarantors NSF fees.
